Damien Deighan

Damien has over 10 years experience in the business to business sector.  He has served clients in many sectors spanning Healthcare, Local & Central Government,  IT & Telecoms, Banking, Leisure, Utilities.  He has worked with the likes of EDS, Vodafone, NHS, British Gas, BT.

Damien is a graduate of The University Of Birmingham who started his work career in recruitment with an international IT recruitment PLC.  He left this to set up a training company in the music industry before moving back into HR and recruitment in 2005 as co founder of Altruist.  He has been practicing meditation daily since 2005 and has undertaken significant development work in the arenas of business performance improvement, human potential and self awareness.

Wim Kuit

Wim originally qualified as a clinical psychologist and has over 7 years experience in counselling, therapy and psychological coaching. He has worked in both Public and Private Mental Health sectors where he specialized in Solution-focused and Narrative therapy and coaching.

After studying the Enneagram under internationally accredited Enneagram teachers he developed Enneagram-based individual and team Coaching Programmes within the Wealth Management and Broadcast Media sectors. In his practice as a psychological coach he also specializes in Psychometric Assessment including Aptitude, Occupational Interest, and Personality Assessment.

Wim has developed and presented a number of personal and professional development workshops based on the Enneagram. These workshops have empowered couples, school teachers, psychiatric patients, not-for-profit organizations, business teams and many others to break through to greater levels of emotional and relational awareness.

His experience as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist brings a greater level of depth and broad insight to his coaching and consulting work.

Kris Dillard

Kris has over 8 years of experience as a personal development trainer, through which he has enabled thousands of people achieve measurable success in business, health and wellness, behavioural growth and happiness, as well as greater personal awareness.

Kris has also developed successful, widely used personal leadership and group training curriculums, in self-study format and live courses.

Over the years, Kris has led many workshops, ranging from several dozen to several hundred. His high personal integrity, adhering purely to the betterment of others and to the integrity of the organisation creates a simple and clear learning experience.

Kris also has prior experience as a software designer, specializing in organisational whole-group and inter-department workflow as well as large event logistics and management.
