To ensure you gain the most out of your Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Profiling, we will provide you with a comprehensive 90-minute feedback session with one of our experienced and accredited coaches. You will receive a detailed debrief to help you interpret your reports, followed by your own personalised development plan.
Your involvement in the assessment stage consists of a 30-40 minute online profiling questionnaire. This process will generate your Emotional Intelligence reports as well as your 90 minute feedback and development session with one of our accredited coaches.
